Shahid leads Digital Perception's engineering and platform operations. He has more than two decades of experience in software engineering and technology leadership, spanning site reliability engineering, platform engineering and the management of software development teams.
He brings deep hands-on experience of keeping complex platforms stable, secure and performing under pressure, and shapes how Digital Perception builds, runs and scales the platforms it manages for clients.

Qasim Jamil
Connecting vision, platform strategy and client partnerships.
Qasim leads Digital Perception's vision, platform strategy and client partnerships. He brings more than 20 years of industry experience, including nearly a decade with S&P Global, a Fortune 500 company.
His focus is automation, e-commerce operations and the long-term performance of the digital platforms that businesses depend on.
As a consultant, he also serves as Head of Client Services for Your London Chauffeur, a premium chauffeur company serving corporate clients across London, where he oversees the digital platforms and service operations behind its corporate client programmes.
